Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide within the Philippines.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and delivery address.
What shipping options are available?
We offer nationwide courier shipping through J&T; or rider delivery through Grab/Lalamove within Metro Manila (subject to schedule availability).
How long will it take to process my order?
• For items on-hand and ready to ship: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• For made‑to‑order items: Please allow 7-14 business days for production, though this may extend depending on workload. Once your handmade item is complete, it will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping day.
What is your shipping schedule?
Confirmed orders that are ready for shipping are dispatched every Tuesdays and Thursdays.
When will my order arrive?
For courier shipping, parcels usually arrive 2–5 business days from the dispatch day. All orders ship from Metro Manila.
Shipping Liability
Once dispatched, responsibility for your order passes to the courier. HeyTanya is not liable for delays, damage, or loss beyond our control.
