By placing an order with HeyTanya, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ORDERS

• All items are handmade in small batches. Slight variations may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
• Orders are confirmed and final once payment is received.

PAYMENTS

• Accepted payment methods: GCash and Bank Transfer.
• Orders will only be processed once payment is verified.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Nationwide shipping is available via J&T.
• Processing time begins after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on customer’s location.
• Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
• All items will ship from Metro Manila.
• Pick-up is available within Metro Manila (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) and delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.
• Once order is dispatched, HeyTanya is not liable for loss, delays, damages, and mishandling caused by couriers or natural events; or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout by the customer.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• Due to the handmade nature of the products, returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order is confirmed.
• Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
