What payment methods do you accept?
The store accepts the following payments:
- GCash
- BPI bank transfer
I was charged but didn’t get a confirmation email.
Please check your spam or promotions folder. Sometimes emails get filtered there. If you still can’t find it, please send me a message with your order and payment details so I can confirm it as soon as possible.
Can I order through Facebook or Instagram?
To keep everything running smoothly, all orders must be placed directly through the HeyTanya website.
Returns and Cancellations
We don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items. Each piece is handmade, so please make sure to read all item descriptions carefully before purchasing. That said, if you have any concerns with your order, please reach out and I’ll be happy to assist.
For cancellations: if your order hasn’t been paid for yet, you may cancel anytime. Once payment has been made, however, the order is considered final and can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
Orders are shipped nationwide within the Philippines through local couriers.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, but it depends. As a one-woman team, I can only prepare orders for same-day delivery if I’m in the studio. If I’m available, I’d be happy to arrange for Grab or Lalamove pick-up at buyer’s expense.
Do you have international shipping?
At the moment, orders placed through the website ship only within the Philippines.
Shipping Liability Policy
Once an order is dispatched, HeyTanya is not liable for issues beyond our control including, but not limited to, courier or third party mishandling, delays, damage, or loss. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping information at checkout.
Product Care & Information
How do I care for my handmade items?
Spot clean only and avoid machine washing or soaking to preserve the fabric, stitching, and overall quality of your handmade piece. Gently wipe with a damp cloth when needed and allow to air dry.
Do you accept custom orders?
I currently don’t accept custom orders at this time.
Can I order through Facebook or Instagram?

Do you restock sold-out items?
Restocks are only possible if I still have the same fabric available. Some designs are limited and cannot be restocked.
Do you offer wholesale?
Due to the handmade nature of this business, HeyTanya does not offer wholesale. Each piece is crafted in small batches to maintain quality and uniqueness.

No, HeyTanya does not have a physical store.
