- My online store is based in the Philippines.
How will my order be delivered?
- Delivery of domestic orders will be arranged through a Shopee link which will be sent to you after paying for your items. Alternatively, you may book and pay for pickup through Grab, Lalamove, or other rider delivery apps (for Metro Manila and selected areas only).
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! Please leave a message through the contact page before ordering so I can give you the shipping rates based on your country.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Online transfer via BDO/BPI or GCash for local orders and Paypal for international orders.
I sent my payment. Can you confirm my order?
- If you opted to pay through online transfer or GCash, kindly send a screenshot of your transaction to hello@tanyamanalang.com after making payment so I can process your order at the soonest possible time.
What are your payment details?
