Hello, friends!

Hi, I’m Tanya Manalang—an actor, singer, content creator, and podcaster from Manila who’s spent most of her life telling stories, whether on stage, behind a mic, or through the content I craft across digital platforms.

I’ve had the honor of performing in some incredible productions over the years. Some of these include: the West End Revival of Miss Saigon (as Kim); Ang Huling El Bimbo (as Joy); Side Show (as Violet Hilton); Tick, Tick… Boom! (as Susan); Rak of Aegis (as Aileen); and In The Heights (as Carla). Somewhere along the way, I also picked up an Aliw Award for best lead actress in a musical.

I also perform for corporate events across Southeast Asia, from Singapore and Malaysia to Vietnam, Taiwan, and the Philippines.

Beyond the stage, I’m an introvert who finds comfort in quiet routines—journaling, crafting, reading (although my TBR stack is now taller than me), having my morning coffee in peace, painting, and collecting cozy moments. I’m obsessed with stationery, travel, and the kind of creative work that feels personal and intentional. Creating content is how I connect with the world outside: through podcast episodes, travel reels, and stories that invite others to slow down, reflect, or simply feel less alone.

I’m also a proud furmom to two Alaskan Malamutes, Indira and Lobo, and a Maine Coon named Shasta. They’re my daily companions and loyal studio shadows—often curled up nearby while I write, record, or plan my next project (and yes, they’ve made a few surprise cameos).

And then there’s Reb—my husband, partner in crime, and fellow theatre actor and content creator. We share a love for storytelling and performing. You’ll find traces of our collaborations throughout this space.
